1. Coaching Services Agreement

By engaging Gregory Swarn Enterprises for coaching services, you agree to these terms. Coaching is a partnership focused on your development and growth.

2. Service Description

We provide performance coaching services including but not limited to:

Executive and leadership coaching
Business growth strategy sessions
Peak performance optimization
Membership community access
Digital content and resources

Important: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment. We do not provide medical or financial advice.

3. Payment & Refunds

All coaching fees are due as specified in your program agreement. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new coaching engagements.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential, with exceptions required by law. We maintain strict privacy standards for all client information.

5. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, frameworks, and content are proprietary. Personal use is permitted; commercial distribution requires written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your commitment and implementation.
